Here’s a calming recipe you can sip while your serum goes to work. Inspired by traditional kunyit asam, this tea supports the body’s natural inflammation response—and tastes delicious.
Turmeric Tea for Calm, Radiant Skin
Ingredients:

1 tsp fresh grated turmeric (or ½ tsp ground turmeric)

½ tsp tamarind paste (optional, for a sour-sweet kick)
