Shipping

Orders placed before 12 noon NZ time will be shipped the same day, while all other orders will be sent the following day. If your order is urgent, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.

If you're a VIP, your extra product will be included automatically.

Expect your parcel to arrive within 2-3 business days anywhere in New Zealand. For deliveries to Australia, and beyond, please anticipate longer delivery times.

All orders will receive a tracking number for your convenience.

Our warehouse is located in New Zealand. We ship frequently within New Zealand and Australia.

Returns

At JUARA Skincare, we hope every purchase brings you joy and satisfaction with our products.

However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit. If that's the case, no worries! We gladly accept returns of full-size products for all domestic orders at juaraskincare.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your purchase. You'll receive a full refund (minus shipping charges) to your original form of payment.

Only products purchased on our website may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. We also cannot accept empty jars/ bottles or nearly empty jars/ bottles for refund or exchange.

If you redeemed a free gift-with-purchase promotional item with your order, please understand that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned products.

Steps to return products

1. Connect with our customer service team
Please email juara.newzealand@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order or Invoice # of original purchase
  • Full first name and last name as appeared on the original purchase
  • Email address and phone number
  • Product(s) being returned
  • Reason for return

Our customer services team will then send you a returns code. 

2.  Pack and return
Please pack the products safely to avoid damages in transit and include a copy of your invoice and Return Code with your package to the following address.  Please also include the Return Code in the “Attn.” line of the address.

JUARA returns:
Use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a full refund minus the shipping & handling charges of the original purchase will be issued to the original form of payment.
