Morning and evening. Apply a nickel-sized amount to face and neck after cleansing and applying the Triple Tea Antioxidant Essence and Clove Flower and Turmeric Anti-Ageing Serum. Press gently into skin with palms.

While this creme is safe to use around the eyes, for best results apply the Miracle Tea Complete Eye Creme to the eye area separately.

In the morning, follow with a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen.

Metta's tip: Press — never massage. Menopausal skin is more delicate than it looks. Pressing the creme in with warm palms activates the botanicals and avoids pulling sensitised skin. On nights when skin feels particularly reactive or dry, apply a slightly thicker layer as an overnight recovery treatment.
